Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once you have been issued an RMA #, you have 14 days to return the product to us for a refund. Returns sent after the two week window, will not be processed for a refund.
Returns are processed once a week. Please allow approximately 14 business days from the date of receipt of your return for processing.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Any items marked with the disclaimer - All sales are final.
- Any items marked with the disclaimer - AS IS/No Returns.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refund will be granted: (if applicable)
- Craft items with obvious signs of use.
- Craft items that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Processing of Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that if you pay with a direct pay method from your bank account, refunds are processed via e-check and it may take 7-10 business days to see the credit in your bank account. Shipping charges are not refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping fees incurred to ship your order will be deducted from the amount refunded.
For items returned to ILikeBigButtons! marked: Refused, Return to Sender, No Such Number, No Such Address, or Unable to Forward, items will be inspected and a refund will be processed less original shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping fees incurred to ship your order will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account one more time; it may take some time before your refund is posted.
If payment was made by credit card, please contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Closeout (AS IS), All Sales Are Final, and one of a kind items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately closeout (AS IS), All Sales Are Final, and one of a kind items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us. Please note that for exchanges that are not due to our error, you will be responsible for shipping the items back to us and paying for return shipping on the exchanged items.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Errors
If there is an error with your order (seller mistake) or the item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will require a clear picture of the items you received along with the packing slip.
You may be asked to return the item. We will refund or replace the item at our discretion upon receipt if a return is required.
